Once you have decided on your design details, a $100 USD / $134 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to move forward with the next step: the digital mock-up. This deposit will go toward the balance of your ring if you choose to move forward with the design.

Our designers will develop a digital mock-up of your design that will be an exact depiction of what your final ring will look like. It can take about 2-3 weeks for your initial mockup to be ready.

We're happy to make adjustments to this mock-up until you're happy with it! Please note, after two mock-up adjustments, a fee of $50 will apply for further changes.

When you're ready to move forward with your CAD and put your ring into production, this is when payment is required. Payment can be made on our website through Paypal or Stripe (which accepts all major credit cards).

You can choose from the following payment options:

• Pay the full balance of the ring up-front

• Pay in two installments:
  • 50% to begin crafting your ring and 50% after your ring is complete (prior to shipping).

After payment is received, your ring will enter production! All of our rings are crafted with love and care by a team of experienced artisans.

Each creation can take approximately 8-9 weeks to craft. This includes casting the setting, cutting your stone, setting the stone, several quality checks and polishing to perfection.

Once your ring is ready, we will send you photos and videos before shipping.

Once ready, your ring will be shipped free of charge out of Toronto, Canada! We will follow up with your tracking number via email so you can be 100% sure where your ring is at all times. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
