Because of the level of artistry and attention we dedicate to each piece, custom designs begin at $2,000 USD.

This is where the magic begins! With a $200 USD / $280 CAD deposit - fully credited toward your final piece - we’ll bring your vision to life through a digital mockup.

In just 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive a personalized preview of your dream ring with a CAD mockup. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to review every detail and request any changes before moving forward.

Once you’ve approved your digital mockup and are ready to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit will begin the crafting process. Your ring will be brought to life by our team of skilled jewelers with over 15 years of experience in fine jewelry making. Each piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail, and every finished ring goes through several careful quality checks before it leaves our studio.

The crafting process typically takes 8–9 weeks, though many pieces are completed sooner. If you have a specific timeline, please let us know! We’re happy to explore options for an expedited delivery.

When your custom piece is complete, we'll email you a video of your finished piece, along with a secure link to submit your remaining balance. We’ll also confirm your shipping details at this time.

Once paid in full, your custom ring will be carefully packaged and shipped free of charge from our Toronto office.

You'll receive a tracking number shortly after. Please note a signature will be required upon delivery to guarantee safe arrival.

Due to the level of attention and care we put into each custom piece, custom rings begin at $2,000 USD.

After your initial consultation and once you’ve reviewed your quotes and would like to move forward, a deposit of $250 USD is required to begin your digital mockup. This deposit is fully applied toward the final cost of your ring.

Yes, we’re able to source a very wide variety of gemstones! Please contact us to explore available options.

Yes, we’d be happy to help you customize another piece of jewelry - whether it’s earrings, a necklace, a bracelet, or something else you have in mind!

At this time, we’re unable to work with stones that we have not sourced ourselves.

If you are not happy, neither are we! If by some small chance you are unhappy with your engagement ring after you receive it, we can offer you a 50% refund of the total cost.

Return must be initiated by customer within 7 days of receiving their order (according to their tracking number). Once we have received the item back at our office, we will process your refund.

The jewelry must first be successfully returned to us in its original condition, free of visible damage and with original stone(s) in-tact in their original settings. We do not allow returns on any items that have been damaged or otherwise altered (re-sized, plated, engraved, etc.) from their original condition.

Of course, we can engrave your ring with custom designs on the outside (such as floral or geometric patterns, or anything you can imagine) and add a meaningful message or symbol inside the band to make it truly yours.
