This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Castlefield Collection Inc. (“Castlefield Collection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Processing and Production Time
All Castlefield Collection pieces are made to order unless otherwise noted as Ready to Ship. Our standard production time is approximately 8-9 weeks from the date of purchase, allowing for careful handcrafting, quality control, and inspection before shipment. Ready to Ship items may incur a 1-2 week processing time if resizing or other adjustments are required prior to shipping.
Custom designs may require additional time, as the process includes digital mockups, design approval, and potential revisions that can extend the overall timeline.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched from our Toronto, Canada location.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Some items may be produced or fulfilled through our trusted international manufacturing partners, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer secure, tracked shipping worldwide through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL (depending on your location). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Castlefield Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees as determined by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Castlefield Collection does not control or estimate these costs, and we cannot reimburse any duties or taxes assessed upon delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such fees that may apply.
Shipping Address and Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Castlefield Collection is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
A signature is required upon delivery. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Castlefield Collection guarantees the safe delivery of all jewelry orders. If your order has not arrived or appears to have been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@castlefieldcollection.com and our team will investigate the issue with the carrier. Each case will be carefully reviewed to determine eligibility for replacement. In the event a package cannot be located and qualifies under our policy, we will remake your item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Items labeled Ready to Ship will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days after your order is confirmed, unless resizing or other modifications are required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear after shipment.
