Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: November 10, 2025

Due to the fact that almost all of our jewelry is custom made to order, certain payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 

Custom Design Orders
The digital mockup deposit of $200 USD / $280 CAD is non-refundable. This fee covers the design work and digital renderings created specifically for your piece.

After you have approved the mockup and submitted the first 50% instalment, we will begin crafting your ring. Therefore, the first 50% payment (and any payment toward diamonds or other gemstones) is non-refundable, as materials and labor have been allocated to your order.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to paying the final 50% instalment, you may do so, and we will not require payment of the remaining 50% balance.

Customer Satisfaction Returns
We are very confident you will love your Castlefield Collection jewelry. However, if by some small chance you are unhappy with your jewelry after receiving it, we can offer a 50% refund of the total price.*

*Return must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of receiving their order (according to their tracking number). In order for the refund to be processed, the jewelry must first be successfully returned to us in its original condition, free of visible damage and with the original stone(s) intact in their original settings. We do not allow returns on any items that have been damaged or otherwise altered (including resizing, plating, engraving, or any modification) from their original condition.

Defects or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review your concern and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Only items specifically listed as “Ready to Ship” and not custom-made may qualify for return or exchange. To be eligible, these items must be unused, unworn, and sent back within 7 days of receipt.

Loose Diamonds
All loose diamonds purchased from our database are final sale.

Because each diamond is individually sourced and secured specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a diamond has been purchased.

We encourage clients to carefully review their selected stone prior to purchase. If you would like guidance, we are always happy to assist in reviewing diamonds from our database to ensure they meet your expectations.

In the rare event that a selected diamond becomes unavailable before it has been secured, we will promptly notify you and provide comparable alternatives.

In-Office Diamonds
Diamonds purchased from our In-Office Diamonds collection or in person at our Toronto office may be eligible for return if they are received within 7 days in their original condition, with all accompanying certification documents.

Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and reviewed the returned item or approved your cancellation request. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
