We proudly stand behind this craftsmanship with our Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, which covers any structural defects that may have occurred during the creation of your jewelry, and typically appear within the first few months of wear.

If a defect of this type is found, Castlefield Collection will repair or replace the item at no cost. Simply contact us and our team will help you with next steps and a prepaid shipping label.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and remains valid only if the piece has not been altered by a third party. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or theft. We recommend that customers protect their jewelry with personal insurance for additional coverage.

For one year from the date of delivery, we’re pleased to offer:

• Complimentary replacement and re-setting of lost stones under 2.5mm
• Complimentary re-setting of stones over 2.5mm (when the original stone is returned and the ring shows no damage beyond normal wear)
• One complimentary ring resizing (up to 2 sizes) within 90 days of delivery. Read more about our resizing policy here.

We also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services, including prong and setting checks.
