On the day of your appointment, one of our Castlefield Collection ring concierges will send you a text to confirm your time and share meeting details.

When you arrive, your concierge will meet you in the lobby and bring you up to our office for your consultation. You’ll have up to 45 minutes to browse and try on our sample moissanite and lab diamond rings. Please feel free to take photos, ask questions, and plan your dream design!

After your appointment, your concierge will send you an email with their notes from the meeting and any quotes you’d like within a few days.

We now offer walk-in appointments on Saturdays, when available! Simply send us a text or give us a call at (647) 581-3138 when you've arrived at our office building at 1 Dundas West in downtown Toronto.

Please note that appointments are first come, first served so we may be in an appointment already and will get back to you as soon as we're available.

If possible, we recommend booking using the above booking calendar or reaching out ahead of time to ensure there is availability.

We are located at 1 Dundas St W, in the heart of downtown Toronto.

We are conveniently located right next to the Eaton Centre shopping mall.

Our office lobby is accessible from the street between H&M and JOEY Eaton Centre.

We meet clients in our private Toronto office instead of a storefront - it’s a more relaxed, one-on-one way to chat, ask questions, and explore designs together.

Consultations are by appointment only (with occasional walk-ins on Saturdays). When you arrive, we’ll meet you in the lobby at your scheduled time and bring you up to our office for your meeting.

Since we are next door to the Eaton Centre, there are many paid parking options close by.

We recommend underground parking at either the Eaton Centre or Bell Trinity Square.

Yes! Our office can easily be reached by the TTC subway, streetcar and bus.

If arriving by subway, we are located just outside Dundas station.

If arriving by streetcar, take the 505 or 305, with the closest stops to our office are:

Yes, our office is wheelchair accessible. Since our space is on the smaller side, we kindly ask that you email us at hello@castlefieldcollection.com after booking your in-person appointment so we can prepare the office to ensure the best possible experience during your visit.

To comfortably fit all visitors, please note we are limited to a maximum of three visitors per appointment.

Yes! All of our sample rings and loose stones that you will see (and get to try on) during your appointment are all real moissanite and lab diamonds.

Because many of the rings we create are custom, we do not always have a sample of each design at our office. If there is a specific ring that you would like to see, please either include the ring description in your appointment booking notes or email us at hello@castlefieldcollection.com prior to your appointment so we can confirm if we currently have a sample ring of that design at our office.
