Payments, Payment Plans & Financing

We currently accept payments through PayPal and Stripe (accepts all major credit cards). 

We are happy to offer payment plans where you can make incremental payments toward your purchase at your discretion, with no added fees or interest. Once 50% of the purchase amount has been paid, we will begin crafting your ring. Once the full amount has been paid and your ring is ready, we will ship it out to you!

Crafting Time & Rush Orders

All of our jewelry is lovingly and carefully made to order by skilled craftspeople with over 15 years experience.

Please allow approximately 8-9 weeks for the creation of your ring. Custom orders may require an additional 2-3 weeks for the creation of a digital design mockup.

All orders are shipped free of charge from Toronto, Canada with tracking and signature required upon delivery.

Rush Orders: If you have a certain date that you need your ring by, please let us know. Rush orders aren't always possible, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. A rush fee may apply.

Shipping

We are happy to provide free global shipping on all orders!

We unfortunately cannot cover any customs, duties, taxes or VAT fees that may result from shipment. The recipient is responsible for these fees. 

All orders are mailed from Toronto, Canada. This includes tracking and signature will be required upon delivery. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping times typically range from 2-7 days.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the fact that all of our jewelry is custom made to order, some payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations.

For custom designs, the digital mockup deposit ($200 USD) is non-refundable.

After you have approved the mockup and have paid the first 50% installment, we will begin crafting your ring. Therefore, this first 50% installment is also non-refundable.

If you'd like to cancel your order after these two payments, you may do so and we will not ask you to pay the remaining 50% balance.

Jewelry Care & Cleaning

A great rule of thumb is to treat your ring like the precious treasure it is! To keep your jewelry in great condition, we highly recommend that you take off your jewelry in any situation where it could be warped or otherwise damaged.

For example, we highly recommend you take off your ring before working out, playing sports, exercising, swimming, doing tasks that involve manual strength/force, washing dishes, washing hands, showering, handling cleaning products or chemicals, or even sleeping.

Cleaning Your Jewelry:

It is easy to gently clean your jewelry at home! Simply fill a cup with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Stir, then place your ring in the cup. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Then, wet a soft baby toothbrush with warm water and a touch of dish soap and gently brush your ring. Don't forget to brush around and underneath your stone! Then, simply rinse with warm water and pat dry. Your ring will be sparkling like new! Repeat as often as you like -  this is gentle and will not damage your ring.

Ring Sizing

Since all of our rings are custom made, we are able to accommodate any ring size - even fractions of sizes (such as 5.25, 9.75, etc.).

If you're not able to visit our Toronto office to have your finger size tested, we highly recommend going in-person to any local jeweller and having your ring size professionally measured.

How to find your ring size:

  • Measure your finger at midday in room temperature.
  • It should feel comfortable when on the finger - not too tight and not feeling like it's going to fall off.
  • The goal is for you to have to tug the ring over your knuckle to remove it.

Ring Size Adjustments

We are pleased to offer one complimentary ring size adjustment to ensure your piece fits you perfectly! If you would like your ring resized, please contact us so we can arrange the return. We will provide a prepaid return label to make the process simple and to ensure your ring arrives back at our Toronto studio safely.

Complimentary resizing is available for adjustments of up to 2 sizes within the first 90 days of delivery. The ring must be shipped back to us within the 90-day window.

Your ring will be resized by our experienced team with the same level of care and precision that went into creating it. Please note that rings with stones set around the entire band cannot be resized.

For our customers in the United States, we want to be as thoughtful and transparent as possible. Because of the current tariff situation between the U.S. and Canada, a few customers have recently encountered duty charges when their resized ring returned to the U.S. To avoid this, we recommend having your ring resized by a reputable jeweller in your area. We’ll gladly reimburse up to $150 USD - simply contact us with your receipt and we’ll take care of the rest.

Delivery Guarantee

Our Delivery Guarantee ensures your order is protected from the moment it leaves our studio. If a package fails to arrive, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and attempt to locate it. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost and tracking records support this, we will remake your item and send it out to you as quickly as possible - free of charge.

Because every situation is unique, replacements are handled on a case by case basis once the courier’s investigation is complete and official loss is confirmed. This helps us protect our customers while also safeguarding against misuse of the policy.

In the rare event that your order cannot be recovered, we will take care of you and make sure you receive your ring.

  • Minimum VVS clarity
  • 100% eye-clean with no visible inclusions or blemishes

If a stone meeting these exact standards isn’t available, we’ll contact you directly to discuss comparable options. Should the available alternatives differ slightly in specifications or value, we’ll adjust pricing fairly — and if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll happily refund your order in full.

Note: This guarantee applies only to the main or center stone. Accent, halo, pavé, band and side stones are selected for beauty and consistency but may not be individually certified.
